Tan Swiss Lodge
Nice lodge, basic middle class, located just outside Mikumi National Park in southeastern Tanzania. The lodge has rooms in a main building and in small cottages (bungalows) in a small area right next to the gate at Mikumi National Park. The lodge is nice and well maintained, child friendly and very affordable. All rooms have real beds, shower, toilet and a small porch.
Accomodation
The rooms at Tan Swiss Lodge are fairly basic, no frills, but they are nice and clean and well maintained. There is free WiFi in all areas of the hotel but we are unsure of the capacity and stability of the WiFi and it might be stronger in common areas.
The rooms are in a main building and in separate bungalows. All rooms are doubles or twins and the hotel does not have family rooms or triples.
Activities
Tan Swiss Lodge is located just outside Mukimi National park and the main activity here is game drives in Mikumi. The lodge is also possible to use as a base for a visit in Tanzanias lesser known Udzungwa Forest National Park.
